Nicodemus Construction is based in Oxnard, and nearly every project we take on is within an hour of our office. That is deliberate. Building well in this region means knowing each city's building department, its permit process, its soil and fire-zone conditions, and the architectural character of its neighborhoods — knowledge that only comes from doing the work locally, year after year, for three decades. David Nicodemus manages every project personally, wherever it is.
Oxnard
Our home base. From the beachfront communities of Oxnard Shores, Hollywood Beach, and Silver Strand to Riverpark and the Collection, we handle remodeling, custom homes, and additions in Oxnard — including coastal-zone permitting and the salt-air material choices beach properties demand.
Ventura
